Product Offering and Availabilities:
  • Special Notes:
    • Unless otherwise specified, framing width on all designs is 2 5/16” measured across the back of the framing. 
    • Be sure to specify QC door “With Mullions” and the number of lites required.   If no lites are specified, a solid panel will be given.  See the Panel Raise section below for more information on solid panel QC doors.
    • Specify the Number of Lites when Ordering: The visual appeal of any Quarter Circle door is greatly affected by the number of lites.  Contact our office for recommendations on the number of lites suggested for your specific application.  The doors shown above are for illustrative purposes only.  Minimum door height is width plus 2 1⁄2”. 
    • Mullion and Frame Only doors ordered with our #52 moulding require that the moulding and framing be pre-drilled to avoid cracking.  All custom mullion doors are constructed using wooden splines to reinforce the mullion joints.
  • Wood Species: All 3⁄4” species available.
  • Edge Profiles:
    All 3⁄4” profiles except O-Lip available on QC 1000 and QC 2000.
    O-Lip, LC Inset and Sophisticate are not available on QC 3000.
  • Framing Beads: Ogee and Regular framing beads only.
  • Panel Raises:
    Specify number of lites.  If solid panel is required, specify “Solid” when ordering.  All 3⁄4” raises available.
  • Options: Available with pegs, radius corners, concealed hinge boring, face-routed hand pulls, and back-routed hand pulls.
  • Mullions:
    Caution: Mullion placement varies according with the width of the door.  Specify configuration to ensure that mullions align when using Quarter Circle doors with varying widths or with other mullions door designs. Contact our office for recommendations.
  • Appliance Panels: Not applicable.
