Product Offering and Availabilities:
  • Material: All doors available in 3/4" MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) on raised panel doors or 3/4" 1SGP MDF (on Flat Panel F series products only. This substrate with the back side laminated with a glueable, paintable melamine.)
  • Edge Profiles: B-2, C-2, LC-2, L-059, Machine Edge, PRS-2, and V-2 are available. C-2, Machine Edge, and PRS-2 have eased edges.
  • Finishes: All MDF or 1SGP doors are available in primed, Colourtone, or with custom finishes.
  • Profiles: As shown in drawings.
  • Multiple Panels: Doors over 63” in length will be produced with multiple panels.
  • Options: Boring for concealed and Soss hinges – all available. Back routed hand pull on all designs.
  • Mullions: Mullions available on 10RC, 10SQ3, 10SQ5, 10RC2, 10RC3, 20RC, 30RC, 20SQ3, 30SQ3, 10SQF1, & QC2000RC. Mullions not available with Slab, 10SQ1, 10SQ2, & 10SQF2. Odd mullion configuration not available.
  • Appliance Panels: Apply over 1/4" MDF Panel only.
  • Matching Drawer Fronts: All available except 10SQ1 and 20, 30, & QC.
