Maple Craft USA offers custom solid wood raised panel interior and exterior doors for the home or office. The traditionally rich, natural grain of real wood brings warmth and elegance.

MAPLE CRAFT offers many standard designs and woods such as Red Oak, Cherry, Hard Maple, Poplar, Mahogany, Clear Pine, Knotty Pine, Walnut, Ash, and Douglas Fir. We also offer custom design and additional wood choices.

Our variety of selections and classic styling is combined with innovative construction features like...

• Solid wood panels and solid wood stiles and rails. No veneers or 1/8-inch skins over lesser grade woods; no finger jointing of wood.
• Tongue and groove (or cope and stick) construction incorporated with 5-inch dowels.
• Panels that float freely and are centered with rubber cores.
• Trim kits are available to complement any door. Pre-machined to fit perfectly, they are shipped knockdown and install easily.
• Dimensions include:
  • Thickness: 1-3/8", 1-3/4", 2-1/4"
  • Styles: 4-3/4" (which can be cut down to 2-1/2")
  • Upper and Midrails: 4-3/4"
  • Bottom Rail: 8" (which can be cut down to 2-1/2")
  • Panels:
    • 1-3/8" door = 1-1/8" panel
    • 1-3/4" door = 1-9/16" panel
    • 2-1/4" door = 1-7/8" panel

How to order Solid Wood Interior and Exterior Doors:

1. Print and complete our Solid Wood Interior/Exterior Door Order/Quote Form as you view the information below. Learn how to measure interior and exterior wood doors. You may also learn about the types of interior doors and how to determine their swings.

2. Choose a Door Design. Choose and of our standard door designs or send us a drawing with your specifications. Choose from Page 1 and Page 2.

3. Choose Wood Species. Select from sixteen different wood species.

4. Choose a Panel Profile. Select from four panel profile options.

5. Choose a Trim-Kit Option. Maple Craft USA offers to send you all the materials you'll need to hang your interior or exterior door. These kits include two side jambs, a header, door stop moulding, and hinges. Both the door and the jambs will be prepped to receive the hinges. Trim kits are available in 4 5/8", 5 1/2", 6 5/8" and 7 1/2" widths. Please specify right, left, double, pocket, bi-pass, bi-fold, or any other type door swing when ordering.
