Kitchen Island Work Tables

Three Popular Designs: Kitchen Work Table with No Drawers, Kitchen Work Table with One Drawer, & Kitchen Work Tables with Two Drawers. (See below for more information)

Three Wood Species: Hard Maple, Red Oak, and Cherry.

Varying Widths: Available in 3" increments from 24" wide to 48" wide.

Two Depths: Available in 24" deep or 30" deep.

Two Drawer Box Choices: Select from 3-sided French Dovetailed drawer boxes (vertical dovetail which uses the drawer front as the 4th side) or 4-sided Traditional Dovetail drawer boxes.

Finish Option: Our Kitchen Island Work Tables can be finished to match or complement any of our other products including cabinet doors, veneers, mouldings, valances, fillers, & more. Select from the following finishes: Hard Maple, Red Oak, & Cherry.

Construction:

Legs: Solid Wood which matches the species specified. Legs are drilled to receive dowels which attach side aprons, back apron, bottom apron, and front apron or face frame.

Cabinet Sides & Backs: 1/2" thick 7-ply plywood with matching wood on the face & Birch inside.

Front Frames: 3/4" thick solid wood with 1 1/2" wide stiles and rails unless otherwise specified. Blind mortise and tenon joints.

Drawer Sides & Backs: Available in 1/2" or 1 1/4" overlays (Please specify). Three-Sided, French dovetail construction. 1/2" thick with bull-nose on the top edge. Drawer sides are slotted to receive 1/4" thick plycore bottoms with Birch Face and Luan back. Four-sided, Traditional dovetail construction. 5/8" thick with ease on the top edge. Drawer sides are slotted to receive 3/8" thick MDF core bottoms with Hard Maple veneer on both faces.

Drawer Fronts: If you choose our One Drawer or Two Drawer work tables you may choose from a wide variety of drawer front options. (See below for more information).

Work Table Bead Mouldings: Chose from Four Mouldings which complement and highlight the apron areas of the work tables for a furniture accent. Available in 8' lengths only.

Tops are Not Included! At this time we do not offer tops -- but we are working to make them available. For the time being, you may apply your own top purchased locally.

2. Specify the Wood Specie. Work tables are available in Hard Maple, Red Oak, and Cherry.
3. Specify the Sizes required. See Sizes as specified in the Design area.
4. Specify the Depth. Choose from 24" or 30" depth.

5. Specify the Drawer Front on One Drawer or Two Drawer Designs. Other drawer fronts are available.  Contact us for more information

6. Specify the Overlay of the Drawer Front on the face frame: 1/2" or 1-1/4".

7. Specify the Drawer Box Specifications. Select from 3-sided French Dovetailed drawer boxes (vertical dovetail which uses the drawer front as the 4th side) or 4-sided Traditional Dovetail drawer boxes.

8. Chose from Four Mouldings which compliment and highlight the apron areas of the work tables for a furniture accent. Available in 8' lengths only.
