| Who is Maple Craft USA?
We have been in business since 1960. Learn more about our History. Maple Craft USA (MCUSA) is a large supplier of wood and kitchen related component products, marketing to the cabinet, furniture, building, remodeling, refacing, and do-it-yourself industries. We sell our products nationally and internationally. What is your mission statement? We promise to do our best to provide Great Products & Great Service at Great Prices! What makes our company Christian? The owners, Steve and Marilyn Kaufer, a husband and wife team, are committed Christians and are individually and corporately pursuing a relationship with Jesus Christ. We strive to grow in our faith on a daily basis and to apply our faith to how we do business. To learn more please read our Statement of Faith. What are your lead times? Most of our products ship within 2-4 weeks of ordering, with exception of our interior doors which generally take 6-8 weeks to produce. |

How do I get a Quote or Place an Order? We make ordering simple for you! Complete information is found on our web site to help you place an order. Please take time to read the information that we have provided about the products you are interested in purchasing. If you cannot find the information or have other questions or concerns about ordering, you can call and speak to one of our friendly Customer Service attendants at (800) 756-8077 (or local phone (814) 756-4400). We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. You may call any time Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Our Quote Forms have been constructed to help place orders quickly and easily. When you are ready to get a quote simply complete one of our Quote Forms and fax it into our office at (800) 756-9077 (or local fax (814) 756-5640). How long does it take to get a Quote? We work hard to respond to quotes within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday. Do you take information for a Quote over the phone? We prefer to receive your information in writing to minimize the possibility of errors. You may email, fax or mail us the information. Do you sell to Homeowners, Do-It-Yourselfer’s, or Hobbyist's? Yes! We accept orders from anyone who is a woodworker, cabinet maker, refacer, etc. by trade, profession, past-time, or passion. Do you have a minimum order? No. You may order 1 of any item that we offer on MapleCraftUSA.com. Displays and SamplesAll display pieces and samples are custom made to order. Please call or email our office for information on display and sample discounts. How do I make changes after I've place my order? All changes to orders that have been placed must be faxed or emailed. Orders may be changed at no charge for the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. After that time, any alterations will incur a “Change Fee” per item(s) charged. The fee depends on how far the order is in production, how much material has been used, and how much labor has been done. Our production schedule varies slightly depending on our volume of orders in-house and current capacity. Once an order has entered production it cannot be changed. Can I Expedite my order? “Expedite” means we move the order through our production more quickly than a standard order. Expedites are based upon our current production capacity. We can expedite most of our products in the production process. Expedite availability depends upon the product selected. |

| Can I Rush a Shipment?
“Rush” means that we increase the speed in which the product is shipped, either via UPS / FedEx or Common Carrier. Most of our products can be rushed in the shipping process at an additional charge. The Rush is based upon the quantity of the order, weights, and sizes of products. Specify this request before placing your order. How do you ship your products? It depends upon the size of the order. Smaller orders ship via UPS or FedEx-Ground via their standard ground service. Larger orders are shipped using reliable Less-Than-Truckload carriers. Large orders are generally skidded. Are the shipping costs included on my quote? When you request a quote, please list your full shipping address (as well as your phone and fax number) and we will include the cost including shipping at the bottom of the quote page. If no address has been supplied during the quoting process, then the quote does not include shipping. How do I file a claim for missing, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured product? If products are missing, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured on your order, you must notify MCUSA’s Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Replacements will be rushed through our system and shipped out as soon as possible. How do I handle freight damage? Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you have done the following:
How do I return damaged products? Each order is custom made and is not returnable unless there is damage or a manufacturing defect exists. Contact us as soon as possible within 5 days of the receipt of the order for a Product Replacement Report. Be prepared to send us quality digital pictures of the problem areas with detailed descriptions. You will be charged for all replacements until damages or defects can be inspected and approved. Upon approval a credit will be issued for the original damaged products only, not shipping costs. Maple Craft USA reserves the right to inspect all products needing replacement. We will assist you based upon the product that has been damaged. We will contact and instruct you with information on how to prepare for a freight pick-up. Do not destroy the shipping cartons. Retain damaged items, cartons and inner packing materials in your receiving area until notified by Maple Craft USA to do otherwise. What is your warranty on your products?
