Method of Assembly
We assemble our frames with 2 screws. When we rout the back of the frame (Option #2 shown below) we only use one screw. The screws are placed into a premachined pocket on the back of the frame. Sanding is done to 180 grit with all cross grain removed. Tolerances are +/- 1/32”. Face and sides are color matched, while on the backs we allow some color. All standard width frame parts are solid / non-glued up pieces.
Method of Assembly

One to two screws are applied at an angle into prerouted oval shaped holes on the vertical stiles.

The screws are 1 1/4" long and attach the verticle stiles to the horizontal rails.

This is the most secure and most common methods of assembling face frames.

Profile Options
You can choose between these profiles: Option #1 with a squared frame 1-1/2” x 3/4” or Option #2 (which has the same dimensions) with the back grooved to receive a 1/2” carcass of the horizontal and vertical gables of the cabinet.

Note: All grooved face frames will have grooves on the outside of the frame on the verticles, as well as to the top of the horizontals.
